Commercial complex
Sinar Mas Plaza, Shanghai
Connect online shopping with robot delivery, and support building security with robotic patrols.
The challenge
Competing with newly constructed skyscrapers.
As more skyscrapers rise in Shanghai, Sinar Mas Plaza, once celebrated as the tallest city complex in Puxi, must redefine its competitive edge beyond mere height. Everyday services and building management offer another way to improve the experience.
The solution
Online shopping and robot delivery
Through the integrated user application, people can place and pay for orders. Merchants prepare the purchases while robots travel through the building to collect and deliver them, connecting online shopping with delivery inside the complex.
The solution
Night-time security patrols and traceable records
Delivery robots switch to security patrol mode through the Station at night. They monitor the building for suspicious activity and observe environmental factors such as air quality and comfort. Daily reports with traceable video and images help the property team review conditions on site.
